Our services may include Google keyword position checks, country and device based report views, competitor context, website review notes, analytics setup checks, landing page feedback, and campaign planning support based on the selected package.

Reports are intended to help customers understand visibility signals and website presentation. They are not a promise of future ranking, search visibility, revenue, sales, advertising approval, paid ad interaction, or any specific business result.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate website details, valid contact information, lawful content, and any required access details only when needed for the requested service. Customers are responsible for their own website content, advertising claims, tracking configuration, account settings, and compliance with applicable laws and platform policies.

3. Report accuracy and data changes

Search results and analytics data can vary by country, device, language, timing, personalization, data source, browser state, and search engine updates. For this reason, reports should be used as informational guidance rather than as a fixed or permanent measurement.

4. Acceptable use

Customers must not use SEO Vision services for deceptive activity, hidden redirects, cloaking, fake engagement, ad-click activity, misleading claims, malware, phishing, unlawful content, or manipulation of third-party systems.

5. Payments and cancellation

Pricing, billing cycle, service scope, and cancellation options are shown before purchase or confirmed by our support team during setup. A customer may contact support for billing questions, service changes, or cancellation requests.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed under our Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on the service purchased, service status, work already completed, and billing records.

7. Account and communication

Customers should keep their email address and contact details current so we can provide setup questions, report delivery, support messages, and billing notices when required.

8. Limitation of service

SEO Vision is responsible for delivering the services described in the selected package with reasonable care. Search engines, advertising platforms, analytics providers, payment providers, hosting companies, and other third-party services operate independently from SEO Vision.
