Before work starts

If a customer cancels before work begins, the order may qualify for a full refund unless a setup review or processing fee was clearly disclosed before payment.

After work starts

Once keyword setup, analytics verification, landing page review, or reporting work has started, refunds may be partial and based on completed work.

Completed work

Completed reports, delivered setup reviews, custom research, and consultation work may be non-refundable when disclosed before payment.

Outcome-based requests

Refunds are reviewed based on the ordered service scope and delivery status. Search rankings, visit levels, sales, income, paid ad interactions, ad approval, and third-party decisions are not part of refund eligibility.
